I’m a strength and performance coach based in Birmingham, Michigan, specializing in helping busy professionals look, move, and feel their best. Before coaching full time, I spent years in business development, where I learned how high performers think, work, and burn out. That experience shaped how I coach today with precision, empathy, and accountability. My clients aren’t chasing trends. They want strength that lasts, energy that carries them through demanding lives, and confidence in how they look and move.

Every program I design is built from the ground up. It’s rooted in evidence, refined through experience, and tailored to the individual in front of me.
