I’m a strength and performance coach based in Birmingham, Michigan, specializing in helping busy professionals look, move, and feel their best. My approach blends the science of performance training with the practicality of everyday life. Real results don’t come from perfect plans; they come from consistent ones.

Before coaching full time, I spent years in business development, where I learned how high performers think, work, and burn out. That experience shaped how I coach today with precision, empathy, and accountability. My clients aren’t chasing trends. They want strength that lasts, energy that carries them through demanding lives, and confidence in how they look and move.

Every program I design is built from the ground up. It’s rooted in evidence, refined through experience, and tailored to the individual in front of me. Whether your goal is to regain strength, reduce pain, or unlock your athletic potential, my job is simple: to make your training effective, intelligent, and sustainable for life.

Services

Training has been my passion for more than a decade, and I’ve spent years studying every aspect of health, performance, and human movement. Each service I offer exists because a client once needed a solution I didn’t yet have. Instead of guessing, I learned, tested, and mastered it so I could deliver real results.

Everything I do is built around one principle: you. If there’s a course to take, a book to study, or a professional to collaborate with, I’ll do it to make sure you get what you need. Every service includes elements of nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle coaching, adjusted to match the level of support that fits your goals. Some clients just need direction, while others want a deeper, hands-on process. Either way, the plan is always built for you.
